Divine Staffing is pleased to offer the following benefits to our employees:

· CONVENIENCE CHECKING: Divine Staffing’s rapid! Paycard & Direct Deposit System are convenient options for employees who live far from our office, or do not have a bank account or prefer direct deposit.

· REFERRAL BONUS: A $50 bonus to any employee for referring a friend to Divine Staffing (referred employee once). Both employees must be employed by Divine Staffing for 480 hours.

· EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION DAY: On the first Wednesday of every month, Divine Staffing will show its appreciation of its employees hard work and dedication.

· EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH: Divine Staffing will show its appreciation and gratitude to the employee that demonstrates his/her dedication, performance and attitude with a gift to the selected employee.

· WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE: All employees are covered by Workers Compensation for an on the job injury or accident per State of Virginia guidelines.
